Car Headliner Fabric

Car headliner fabric is the lining that covers the inside of the roof of the passenger compartment. Over time the foam that holds it to the panel breaks down and the headliner comes away, forming the familiar sagging folds. Replacing it is one of the jobs most often asked of body shops and trim shops.

Fabric laminated with 3.6 mm foam

All our car headliner materials are laminated with 3.6 mm foam. The elasticity of the material lets it follow the curves of the panel without wrinkling, and it stands up well to abrasion over time.

Formats available

Car roof lining fabric can be bought in two ways:

  • By the metre — for one-off jobs and made-to-measure repairs
  • Rolls of 10, 20, 30 and 60 metres — for body shops, trim shops and workshops working at a steady volume

Every format comes in 13 colour options, including light grey, medium grey, anthracite grey and black, in diamond and velvet finishes.

For the trade
